Experienced Leadership
Jay Modjbafan is the founder and owner of JM Design Construction. He and his team have been managing commercial construction projects for nearly two decades. Jay and his team of professional tradesmen have tremendous hands-on experience and many years of success.
We work tirelessly with small businesses and franchise owners to meet time-sensitive operational goals. For us, a project starts long before the acquisition of a building permit and is not complete until the client is satisfied and has obtained the Certificate of Occupancy.
